国防部：怂恿支持“台独”搞分裂必将引火烧身

6月13日下午，国防部新闻局副局长、国防部新闻发言人蒋斌大校就近期涉军问题发布消息。
记者：据报道，台北政经学院基金会近期首次举办民间版“总长级”台海危机兵棋推演，台军前“参谋总长”、美军前参联会主席、日本自卫队前统合幕僚长等参加。美台还在台北举办所谓“国防产业论坛”，鼓吹加强武器装备合作。请问发言人有何评论？
Question: According to reports, the Taipei School of Economics and Political Science Foundation recently held a chief-of-staff level war-gaming for the first time. The war-gaming hosted by the civilian group was under the scenario of a crisis in the Taiwan Strait, and the former “Chief of the General Staff” of the Taiwan region, the former Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the former Chief of Staff of the Japan Self-Defense Forces have participated. In addition, the US and Taiwan held the so-called Defense Industry Forum in Taipei, advocating closer weapon and equipment cooperation. What’s your comment on this?
蒋斌：台湾问题纯属中国内政，不容任何外来干涉。任何怂恿支持“台独”分子搞分裂的行径，都只会破坏台海和地区和平稳定，也必将引火烧身、自食苦果。我们敦促有关国家切实恪守一个中国原则，停止向“台独”分裂势力发出任何错误信号。在祖国终将统一、必将统一的历史大势面前，任何“倚外谋独”、“以台制华”的图谋都注定失败。
Jiang Bin: The Taiwan question is purely China’s internal affair, which brooks no external interference. Whoever emboldens “Taiwan independence” separatist forces to seek secession will undermine cross-Strait peace and stability, and is bound to get burnt from playing with fire. We urge relevant countries to truly abide by the one-China principle, stop sending any wrong signal to the “Taiwan independence” separatist forces. In the face of the prevailing trend that China will and must be reunified, any scheme to solicit foreign support for independence and contain China with Taiwan is doomed to fail.
